We want you to be fully satisfied with your Mason Garments purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the security seal remains intact to be eligible for a full refund or size exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Shipment

  Place the items in their original luxury shoe box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the quality, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
